Philosophy of training
Program to Players

Methodology of training
The concept that tennis is an open-skills sport allows the player to be completely involved in the training process. Most matches are played in an open-situation environment, which allows the player to develop their own solutions under high levels of intensity.

Technical Development
The achievement of the “simple technique” – simple, effective and economical is developed on a daily basis.

Strategy – Tactical Development
This involves training and playing in 5-game situations with the criteria and goals of the player’s individual style of game.

Mental-Emotional Development
Our program considers mental toughness as an ability that can be enhanced through an informative and educative process confronting daily challenging situations inside and outside of the tennis court. This allows the players to develop their own strategies and solutions.

Physical Development
This aspect is a strong influence on a player’s self-esteem, aiding in his or her mental development. After a personal evaluation, each player receives a personalized program. During the last couple of years, less than 1% of our players have been injured. All of which fully recover. To aid in the development of our players, professionals are designing, developing, and supervising each personal program.
